Processing Partners

Payment processing services are provided by approved processing partners. RestaurantManager™ may facilitate integrations but does not act as the financial institution, card network, money transmitter, or payment processor unless specifically disclosed in a separate written agreement.

Card Networks and Wallets

References to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and similar card networks or wallets are used solely to indicate compatibility or supported integrations. All marks are the property of their respective owners.

Funding, Settlement, and Deposits

Funding timing, settlement, chargeback handling, fees, and dispute resolution for card and digital wallet transactions are determined by the merchant's payment processor and sponsoring bank, in accordance with their merchant agreement.

Owner Responsibility

Merchants are responsible for compliance with card network rules, applicable laws, and the terms of their processing agreement. RestaurantManager™ recommends reviewing all processor and bank statements directly against information displayed in the platform.
