By accessing or using RestaurantManager™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all related policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. The Service
RestaurantManager™ is an AI Operating System for restaurants that connects point-of-sale, payments, online ordering, delivery, suppliers, payroll, and business intelligence capabilities. Features may evolve, expand, or change over time.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business to these terms.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate, current information when creating or maintaining an account.
4. Customer Data and Permissions
You retain ownership of your business data. You grant RestaurantManager™ the limited rights necessary to operate the service on your behalf, including processing, storing, analyzing, and presenting data within the platform.
5. Acceptable Use
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other customers.
6. Third-Party Services and Integrations
The platform may connect to or interoperate with third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. RestaurantManager™ does not control and is not responsible for third-party services.
7. Fees and Subscriptions
Paid features are billed per the order form, subscription, or pricing in effect. Taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless required otherwise by law.

RestaurantManager™ and related branding are proprietary trademarks or trademark claims of RestaurantManager. See the Intellectual Property & Trademark Notice for details.
9. Disclaimers
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RestaurantManager™ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. See Limitation of Liability for details.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or for risk to the platform, customers, or partners. You may stop using the service at any time.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
