Sometimes you just need to talk to someone about your issues. We can help with our premium support option. For just $8.00 per month (billed annually) per station, you can request a priority call-back from our support staff when you need it. Make your call-back request by clicking a button on the Help screen within the software, or by opening a support ticket requesting a call-back. Premium support members also get first-response priority on all support tickets. Support technicians are available weekdays, 8 am to 5 pm PST, excluding holidays. This service covers issues where RMGroceryCart is not operating as defined in the User Manual. If you need personalized assistance with setting up your system or hardware, take a look at our Training and Setup service. (Call-back service is available for the United States only.) Premium Support is only available for RMGroceryCarts clients using version 8 or higher.
If you need more help than our online resources provide, you can request personalized assistance from us. We can schedule online meetings to handle all your training and installation needs - including hardware setup assistance. Priced at $195 you'll get up to 2 hours of personalized one-on-one setup help and training. Once paid, you will be contacted via email to schedule the session.
Don't spend countless hours of your valuable time hand-keying in your inventory. If you have data from an existing POS system that you wish to import into RMGroceryCart Online, we can help. Basic import services include up to two hours of technician time. Additional time is billed at $99 per hour, with your advanced approval. Once the initial fee is received you will receive email instructions on how to upload your data file for analysis.
